I am 40yrs old man never had this problem before all of sudden I feel the urge to pass urine frequently with some irritations in the lower abdomen and burning sensation while passing the urine I also passed some light coloured blood like liquid at the end. Need help!

Facing this problem since 4 years. Tried every medicine (prescribed one ) but nothing helped. Need some permanent solution for this. The ultrasound reports showed my bladder is unable to hold the urine for long time.

Basically I've a a kidney stone in both kidneys... one measuring 14mm and other around 8mm... The stone seems to have doubled in size in just a year .... I wanted to know do I need to get a surgery on an immediate basis or can I  wait ? Also there's flank squeezing kind of pain only in the left kidney. The pain happens 3-4 times in a month.. One stone is in the mid pole and the other in mid to lower pole region...

I want to know that is there any anesthesia injection given during  the retrograde urethrogram test..

Hi Dr. I'm having stomach ache left and side and got my USG done report said Few ecogenic foci without posterior acoustic shadow are seen in both kidneys. And minimal free fluid in POD. What does it mean. Do I have kidney issue? To whom I should consult. Pls suggest.

Hi sir, hope so you are fine, sir before 2 months i got uti issue urine comes in drops after that i used some medcinie and my problem was solved, but from then i dont feel pressure in bladder to urinate,i mean before when i feel to urinate i can store for few minutes and then feel more urge to urinate but from 2 months i dont feel such urge to urinate i have slight feeling to go to urinate, i can store for time period, when feel to urinate i image its a few urine but and urinate its normal and come in pressure, please doctors tell me my problem, i am very much worried.
