Kidney Problems

Recently I have undergone "Ultrasound whole abdomen scan" and following are the impression 1) Grade 1 fatty liver. 2) Grade 1 Prostatomegaly. Prostrate measures 3.5 * 3.3*5.2 cm (31 cc) enlarged. 3)Bladder is normal in contour and there is no evidence of intra luminal pathology. As per my doctor "Grade 1 fatty liver" is reversible by reducing weight and having healthy lifestyle. But iam really worried about " Grade 1 Prostatomegaly " . Please advise whether this issue  requires treatment or is it normal for my age. NOTE: Iam 36 years male for your reference. Thanks.

I'm now 28 years old female, I'm having yellow urine some times a week, sometimes it's good there is no problem, someday yellow urine starts, after drinking too much water it's get well. I'm diagnosed Interstitial Cystaisis.. Some time buring sensation also felt. After drinking water a lot it's all get better.
