Lower pole 3mm kidney stone

I have 3 mm kidney stone in lower pole.i am having sever pain right side of stomach. Is it possible to pass its own. Please suggest how to treat this.

Such a small stone is unlikely to cause severe pain. There could be other causes leading to such kind of pain.
Stone can be passed in urine
