Done circumsion on 21nov but still having little swelling on left side. With no pain skin is hard on top where the swelling persist

My mother's urine routine examination has 40-60 RBCs. Urine culture, Cytology and stomach ultrasound are normal. She is  of 78 and located in Dwarka, Delhi and is taking only one tablet of of Mukta Vati daily for BP. Please suggest.

I have done my ultrasound and CT scan in jan 2021 at that time there was 2 stone in my right kidney 5mm and 4mm and all organs was fine, after 6 months I did my usg, in that it was showing mild hydronephrosis in right kidney with 5.1 stone in right kidney , now 10 days ago I did my USG, in that showing Grade 1 hydronephrosis and hydroureter in the left kidney and not any stone present. So what can be the reason earlier I was stone in right kidney how my left kidney got hydronephrosis and hydroureter. And is there any need to do twice CT scan in 1 year only.

My ultrasound shows PVRU is 20cc. Is this really a concern? Please let me know what is the normal range and what does it means?
