Kidney Problems

Hi sir, My son was reported  renal pelviactesis when he was 18 weeks fetus, after his birth also, it was not cured. We took a scan when he was 7 months old and found no abnormalities. My doubt is, will he get renal pelviactesis again? He is 5 years old now.

Will 18mm  kidney stone cause dizziness ? Is it good to take siddha medicine? Is there any side effects using siddha treatment?

My father consulted with dr he has seviour plain while urination. dr told that his bladder capacity has been decrease and now only 100 ml urine can hold. due this dr sugest for bladder removal operation kindly suggest he has gone through 2 kindey stone operation before 5 months. If required I can share the report

Hello Dr, I want to know what does 'Corticomedullary differentiation can be appreciated' means in my report. Right kidney : 104 x 40 mm; Left kidney : 104 x 50 mm Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and echo pattern. Corticomedullary differentiation can be appreciated. The collecting system appears normal.

I have tested for urine analysis and urine culture and i got the result that the report  says only commensals grown .What does that mean is my report  normaland i have a wound in meatus please tell me what happened exactly

Recently a whole abdomen USG has been done, and its report says "Focal dilation of right renal pelvis (3.3 x 1.6 cm) is noted, likely to be functional in nature. No other appreciable abnormality is noted". Can you please suggest what needs to be done to treat this. Is this something serious and needs to be treated urgently. Or this goes away with time? His blood test report says deficiency of 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D and TSH 6.98. Apart from this other test results are normal - Urine, Lipid profile, Creatinine, Uric acid, Urea, Glucose, Free T3/T4, etc.. This is a routine checkup (yearly)

Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also from last 5 years onwords. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test and urineflow test, HBA1C test. Finally all reports are normal. He is given medicines vesifa 5, pantop 40, fosfomcon syrup. I used 20 days but problem not solved. I used medicine for UTI Also i will get some relief by using UTI medicines. After 10 days again it repeated. I am facing lot of problems when i am working. Kindly suggest permanent solution
