Kidney Problems

Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also from last 5 years onwords. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test and urineflow test, HBA1C test. Finally all reports are normal. He is given medicines vesifa 5, pantop 40, fosfomcon syrup. I used 20 days but problem not solved. I used medicine for UTI Also i will get some relief by using UTI medicines. After 10 days again it repeated. I am facing lot of problems when i am working. Kindly suggest permanent solution

What are differences between hydrocele Cyst and epididymis cyst ? Is both are serious situations. Any medications available for treatment or can I go for surgery? My doctor is on leave Thanks for reply

Earlier my urine was foamy, also there was a protein trace in my earlier urine report so I did some urine tests USG A+P, microalbumin etc, I have attached my reports, could anyone help me with the reports to understand if everything is okay? Now my urine is clear.

Hi, My father had Angioplasty two weeks before. Only one blockage was reported. This Saturday we had his RFT report and it looks concerning. We're already consulting with two doctors one is the Cardiologist and another is general physician. No one indicated or discussed anything regarding this. Should we consult a Urologist as well? Reports are being attached.

Last night, notice blood in the form of dark red spots in portion of siemen.. Similar thing happened once in 2019.. That time, did PSA test with normal report..Thereafter repeated PSA in 2020 & 2021 with normal report.. In March 2022, did Siemen test with no RBC detected.. I thought 2019 issue got resolved.. But last night's matter made me anxious.. Please suggest what to do now.. I am 41 now.
