Kidney Problems

My father has  burning sensation at urethral opening (Meatus) and frequent urination. AFB was seen in Urine AFB report but on further evaluation did urine genexpert MTB test and it was not detected. Prostate enlarge is  seen in USG, Attaching, the  reports of urine culture and genexpert MTB. Could you please advice what could be the reasons that have symptoms for  burning sensation and frequent urination. Apart from this he doesn't have any other symptoms.

Having high level of ammonia 248 ...the doctor prescribed 1 week medication Will ammonia levels come down ? I basically wanted to ask that is is curable that ammonia ?

My father 66yrs has enlargement prostrate .Doctor has prescribed below medicine with PSA and uroflowmetry test..I have attached the test report please check if the results are normal or not??? 1-Silodosia 8D 2-Sodomac 500 3-Rejuvon Forte.

I having buring urination. Had uti last month but now reports are normal . Did ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and its normal too. Still I have buring urination. What might be the issue

I got burning sensation in urine 2 weeks ago. My GP doctor advised me to do urine routine test. It was detected with bacteria present, 18-20 pus cells, urine protein absent. I was advised to take oflomac 400 once a day, urispas 3 times a day, and alkorina syrup 3 times a day for 5 days. After taking I got some relief, but 2 days ago, I again got burning sensation in urine. My GP again advised me urine routine test. My pus cells are now 1-2, no bacteria present, but protein traces found. I have been advised to take alkorina syrup for 10 days thrice daily. What could be the cause of burning sensation again if there is no bacteria? Will taking alkorina again for 10 days cure it?

Hi, My father was prescribed Veltam plus as his PSA was found to be 5.48. Doc gave him a prescription for Veltam Plus to be had for two months. He is feeling drowsy and light headed. How can he overcome this without stopping this medicine?

My father (Age 68, diabetic) was diagnosed with "Enlarged prostate with coarse echotexture"(35 cc residual urine) in 2019. He took "Maxvoid Plus 8" for 6 months & had another ultrasound in 2020, which said prostate is normal is size with homogeneous echotexture. After that doctor didn't prescribe to continue the BPH medication & he stopped taking Maxvoid Plus. Now from the last few days, he was having fever, chills, frequent urination, blood in urine, painful urination & lower back pain. Urine culture says no growth was found. After taking Gericef 500 for 5 days, fever & chills gone but urinary symptoms are still there. The latest USG report says - 1) Grade 2 Prostatomegaly with heterogeneous echotexture. 2) Thickened, irregular, trabeculated UB wall; features of bladder outlet obstruction (70cc residual urine found) Is it due to BPH or something else? Kindly suggest.

I have been feeling this since yesterday night. Whenever i pee, it feels like i still want to pee but it doesn't come out in the last phase. Whenever I have urge, only little will come out.

Hi, I am urinating more if I don't even drink water. Kindly clarify me why am I urinating more. Doctors told that I don't have uti after urine test. What might be the reason ? I am facing this issue for last 4 months very often 4-5 times so far. For 4-5 days or 1 week will urinate and then will be stopped. It makes me very tired. I am suffering from kidney stones since three years.And from last one month I get urine heat and also from last week my BP is high.Is there a possibility that kidney stones have caused their hypertension?
