Hi I'm asking this question on behalf of my sister, she just delivered a baby around a week now. It was a normal delivery and baby is fine. Since day 1 after delivery my sister is facing issue of urinary blockage and she's asked to keep a catheter to use instead as she is not able to urinate and is facing numbness. She feels pressure like normally but she can't urinate. But her bowel movement is normal and that point she sometimes able to urinate. Right now she is using a medium to urinate as prescribed by doctors. I wanted an opinion, Is this a risky thing, or need to checked critically or what should be done in this case. Suggest please.

Sir..in CT SCAN, showing as Left kidney measures 13.0 x 5.1cms. Enlarged in size. Normal in shape, contour and attenuation pattern. Two non obstructive calculi measuring 8 x 7mm and 3 x 2mm are noted in lower pole calyx. Calculus measuring 6.3 x 4.3mm in the proximal ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis with mild periureteric fat stranding... Pl suggest me any tablets instead og any procedure Thanks you sir

Hi Doctor, Every year i used to do master health checkup. This year during month of may,i am diaognized with cholestral, The total cholestral was 231 and TGL was 298. My doctor prescribed me cardiorose F10/160. For past 6 months. My serum creatine was 0.87 during the month of may,before starting the medication. I am doing blood test once in every two months and consulting the doctor. Now my total cholestral is 152 and TGL is 194, but my serum creatine increased to 1.06. Will fenofibrate increase serum creatine level.

Why urine r/m report always comes normal in case of E coli urethritis/bladder infection even in case of severe Ecoli urethritis/severe Ecoli bladder infection it cames normal . Why ?? Even if USG shows cystitis then also it shows normal results .
