Kidney Problems

It all started with discomfort and mild pain after urinating . Stomach pain back pain and nausea. Met a gynecologist. Took a urine routine and culture. There was bacterial growth. My gynecologist gave me T Nitro fur for 5 days and it gave me sever gastritis even when I took it with pan 40. Generally antibiotics don t agree with me . I stopped the tablet and its been four days I am perfectly fine.No discomfort while urinating.  Should i still take medicines for uti. Can it go away on its own. Or should i again take medicines? Kindly guide

I frequently urinate since for very long time. But for 3 years urination doesn't happen fully, I feel like going again and again.  when ever I control urination, due to unavoidable situation, I feel bloated, eyes dries up then burns a bit, then mild headache starts right side of the head and sometimes stomach burns. My gynecologist said its because of gastritis, she gave pan d but after the course again it happens.. please tell me why , I tried many doctors.. not able to diagnose properly.  I have chronic constipation, though it's manageable bt urination issue disturbing my quality life as it's happening everyday now. .

I am suffering from slight pain/ tingling sensation after urination . I have no issues of kidney or other disorders. Please suggest treatment.

Whenever I urinate, I feel like a drop of urine is falling, but sometimes it also falls, but all the time it remains as if urine is coming.

And he prescribed me some medicine for 5-days:- •moxifloxacin & cefixime (1tablet in Mornings Only) •pantopraz •fexofenadine hydrochloride •welminic-dx •paracetamol -650 (2-times) urine test:- bacteria :- present nitrite:- negative rbc :- not detected puss cell :- normal ep cell :- 20-25 (normal value 0-5) casts :- nil crystals :-nil albumin :- trace glucose:- nil ketone:-negative bilirubin:-negative nitrite:-negative urobilinogen:-normal. Is this medicine correct? Please tell me I'm scared.

Have developed itching around tip of the urine path and some thick white material comes at times. I have blood sugar since 12 years and could this be yeast infection. Request for your assistance please.

I have used tizan-2 for almost 1.5 years but  now I have stopped. Can it cause damage to my liver and kidney in future ? Please suggest me to keep it healthy

I am facing burning sensation during urination with frequent urge to urinate. Also urination sensation increases while walking or running. Urine stream is weak with less urine output. Can it be cured ?

I have lower right side abdomen and back pain as waves now and then for past one week. Initially the doctor thought it as infection and given oflax 200 metrogel 400 and drotin M. I have taken for three days. But there is no change in pain. So I have taken USG and CUE. Scan shows 5mm kidney stone in right kidney and 7mm gallstones. I have showed the reports to a urologist but he said that this is common and does not relate with my pain and given just meftal spas pain killer. Please suggest the cause of my pain
