Can xrays cause infertility and cancer

Hello. I have taken 7 lumbar xrays (extension/flexion) for spondylolisthesis. 5 in one day. and a pelvic xray for ankylosing spondylitis. All of the xray were without gonad shield. Will this give me testicular cancer or give me any difficulties in case of fertility? . I am not taking anymore xrays as my spondylolisthesis pain has subsided.
