Urine color is orange

Asked for Female, 27 Years

First urine in the morning is orange.. After I drink water and then pee it's clear. After sometime again I pee it's orange. Is it a serious problem?? Should I get a scan done or urine test?

It could be due to formation of concentrated urine. If you have any symptoms apart from this do a routine urine examination.
