Glomerular filtration rate

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Hi doctor, I just did my normal blood check up and found my GFR is 83 ml/min/1.73 m. I had my thyroidectomy 2 months back and is taking 100 mcg tablets. Let me know anything to worry about as 6 months back it was showing 116

Please repeat test after taking good amount of liquids. And get a blood urea and serum creatinine also done
