Kidney Problems

I was suffering from UTI since 6 months. In January report it was not detected. But again I am facing the symptoms like pain in lower back, water retention in body as my weight also increased by 5kg. Stomach bloated with gastric problems, swelling in face hands and legs, pain in lower abdomen part before urine passage. Less urine ejections with pain.

My mother is paralyzed n bed ridden for last 7yrs. She is not on any medication. Her BP is normal.  Now from past 8months she is often hallucinating n goes lil violent. She doesn't sleep at all. After consulting Dr i give her tablet zopicon when she is restless, talking too much n not sleeping. It works for 2-3dys n she is normal for few days so i stop. Have done her general blood test which shows probs in her kidney. Need help what medication or food changes i can do with her. She doesn't eat feels full with very small quantity. I give her ensure with 3 rusk biscuits in the morning. Afternoon lil rice r fruit, night millets ganji. Have attached her reports.
