Kidney Problems

I have done my ultrasound and CT scan in jan 2021 at that time there was 2 stone in my right kidney 5mm and 4mm and all organs was fine, after 6 months I did my usg, in that it was showing mild hydronephrosis in right kidney with 5.1 stone in right kidney , now 10 days ago I did my USG, in that showing Grade 1 hydronephrosis and hydroureter in the left kidney and not any stone present. So what can be the reason earlier I was stone in right kidney how my left kidney got hydronephrosis and hydroureter. And is there any need to do twice CT scan in 1 year only.

My ultrasound shows PVRU is 20cc. Is this really a concern? Please let me know what is the normal range and what does it means?

Last night i went to pee and i dont know how their was a small portion of pubic hair inside urethra and then i pulled it out and for some time their was a burning sensation while peeing but now it is normal. Is their anything to worry about this or can it lead to any complication??

I take mirage 25 for overactive bladder symptoms. I do all my test again and again like uroflowmentary, CT scan, urine culture,sugar,high uric acid, can uric a I'd cause uti or not , I take mirage approximately 3months continuously can I take more for overactive bladder? I take one pill daily at night 25 MG mirage can I take mirage 50 MG or not? My problem is frequency urination or urgent need to go urination. I don't have smell in my urine or dark color or also not blood in my urine and never feeling burning still. Its overactive bladder or recurrent UTI I need to know? My doctor prescribed me mirago 3 months ago and m still using bcoz m little bit facing frequency urination it's kk mirage for long term use. Without medicine m facing uti comes again and again. I don't consumption caffeine I consume water hot water more and more I avoid chemical like coldrink,alcohol, sugar and everything .

I am just done with RIRS surgery for 13mm kidney stone in right side kidney and stone is now turned into powder. Stent is there and will be removed after 15 days. Just wanted to know if I can take some homeopathy medicine to paas stone powder or there could be some side-effects in current situation.
