Is it mandatory to wash glans after urination leaving it with out washing infects glans can anyone tell

Hello doctor please see the photos. It is not painful if not touch it . Is this infectious? Will it spread other infection increase in numbers? I'm just 21. What Caused it? Please tell what now? Will it get normal?

Can I do hs-crp test to diagnose uti?In my UA report pus cell occasional but no bacteria found.i feel slight burning while urine.is there any possibility of uti?If yes what type of medicine should I use? plz help me.

Earlier symptoms started with UTI, as a precaution we did sonography. Sonography shows the prostate enlargement to 34 ml( mild as per doc). Visited a urologist, he prescribed 5 days antibiotics for UTI and 30 days meds for prostate (silodol D) On the 2nd day of medication, urine retention happened , we rushed to the hospital and got a caterer inserted . Urine retention was 1400 ml which was huge. As a follow up urologist suggested to do MRI and uro dynamic study. Did MRI, visit a neurologist according to him everything was normal. Did uro dynamic study, results show normal, doc after procedure removed the catheter. Suggested due to medicines the retention might have occurred. Same day evening again urine retention happened, rushed to hospital and got a catheter inserted again. Now I am clueless what action to do next.

Noticing foamy urine only during midnight. Last week culture report reveals gram negative beccilli, but did not consult doctor yet. Does this foamy urine due to infection or additional diagnosis needed?

I just expelled 4mm kideny stone. How can I know what type of stone it is so I can take further precautions? I had kideny stone earlier as well. Picture attached.

Undergone PCNL surgery in left kidney  after discharge from hospital right leg is feeling Numb while it's straight and if it's folded it's normal no issues. Little bit of itching also present is it normal??

Prior to taking medications of Ultracet, BONGIST-K, PAN 40mg, Tb SHELCAL, Kidney profile test was done and sodium result was 134mEq/L while range varies from 136-145. Should I be worried ? Please describe, thanks
