Kidney Problems

Good evening Dr Respected sir/ ma'am. I have undergone CT coronary angiography ( contrast media dye used) about 24 hours ago. I have read that dye can hurt kidney. My creatinine level was measured just before process and it was 0.86. How i know now my kidney is hurt or not after process.? I mean to say sir / ma'am i would like to know wheather my kidney function is normal or altered after CT coronary angiography. So what tests i order to know that. Thank you sir Regards

I have bilateral grade 1 vericocele , it's about 4-5 month my right spermatic cord is tensed with pulling sensation, in USG there is nothing but mild vericocele , is this pulling due to vericocele?

I am 26 male, recently done Urine Culture and sensitivity test as per recommended by physician I went for fever. Then, went to urologist he told to repeat again.. and this time report is different. Want to know about the new report. Is everything fine now? Btw both tests done before taking medicines.

Kindly advice based on the reports attached. Doctor has prescribed to take antibiotics last week as the creatinine was 2.1 suspecting urinary tract infection. After a week taking general antibiotics tested today and still the creatinine is high I.e. 1.9 Should I take her to nephrologist immediately? As I am out of town , kindly advice as I can plan it accordingly

Is the urine culture report normal? Results: No Aerobic pyogenic organism grown

One yr before same problem like after urination burning and pain initiated one month intake of livofloxaxin it disappeared gradually..but it's again started after one year significantly.

I had blood in my urine from 2 days. No pain . What might be reason ? From USG i have PUJ obstruction from right kidney and planning to remove right kidney as it has less than 10% functionality.

35 years old male undergone bilateral laproscopic varicocelectomy before 1.5 years. After 2 weeks of surgery, scrotal pain started again after some physical exertion. Since then, pain is there in right leg and under right feet also. Varicocele recurrence started 6 months back. Tried many medications, but there is no proper cure happening for varicocele as well as pain. Request advice on correct treatment.
