Hi - I am 40 yrs old. Of late I am passing foamy Urine. My urine flow has been weak as well for quite some time now. I need to hold my pee to create pressure and then urine is released with pressure but not otherwise. I am not on any medications right now. Ultrasound show normal kidneys/prostate. Should I be concerned?

I had 1-2 rbc /hpf in my urine a week ago and when I again repeated it after one week rbc came as nill...should I consult a urologist or not required

I have severe back pain, prickling and  burning sensation in the back, burning while urinating, yellow coloured smelly urine, strands seen in urine. got urine analysis done. it shows albumin traces and  bacteria presence in urine. is it UTI? needs to get urine culture done? please suggest what needs to be done further and treatment related to it.
