Feels blockage below bladder

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Hi, How to confirm blockage in ut track below bladder, ciscoscopy, uretroscopy,ultrasound,cctyscan, RC-scan all done but doctor urologist/nephrologist both said no blockage but while urination lot of trying to push.than urine come-15 ml one time, every 30 mins urge to urinate, burning also...doctor said prostate ok,bladder ok,all ok,those fee ok, but i am not ok...where i go and who can help in right way,pls suggest
