Urinanalysis for prostatitis
I had take Urinanalysis for Prostatitis, Ph is only 8.5 and rest of all parameters are normal. Is this test is enough for prostatitis?

pH of the urine has nothing to do with Prostatitis.  pH is related to some infections in the urine, they may or may not be related to Prostatitis. A better method for diagnosis of Prostatitis is semen culture. A major portion of the semen is contributed by Prostate. So semen culture will be a better method.
