I gave a urine sample on last day of my period though I wasn't actively bleeding yet report said rbc and trace proteins were found can it be due to menstrual cycle or should I be worried of trace proteins

I had kidney stone 5 yrs before and moved with water with heavy pain at that time. Now I got a similar kind of pain and doctor suggested CT kub and ultra sound and found no stone but small swell near bladder and used pain killer to rud that pain at that time in December.
