Kidney Problems

I am unable to self void, currently using pipe to empty bladder, I have urge not able to void a single drop of urine, I have diagnosis High bladder neck and very poor bladder tone. LUTS since childhood. Very poor urine stream (2 year back, now not able to void) Frequently UTI When urine urge, small amount of poop out. Distended bladder (1.2 L) Doctor suggest Bladder Neck Incision, but not sure urine will come or not having complexity. . Plz suggest homeopathy/allopathy any other medicine to cure this problem. 🙏🙏🙏

I am suffering from side abdominal pain both left and right sides. My urine routine and culture test shows normal. My ultrasound test shows as : well diffuse wall thickening with sediment (4mm) . And result is given as cystitis Can any one please tell what is treatment for this?

I am male 41 years and While 2 days ago I was having pain in the side of left kidney and burning sensation in urine. I got good relief from the medicine and the pain reduced and when I went for the NCCT KUB.After the pressure of heavy urine. I am not getting pain anymore. Today when I went to the same doctor with the report.he told me to get the surgery done. I need advice from a good specialist and I don't want to do hurry ??pls find to attach CT Scan Report  and tel me anyone what to do next???..

I had rirs surgery 5 days back. Doctor placed stent in both ureters. There were stones in both kidneys. But doctor has operated on one kidney and placed stent on both sides. I was taking pain killers 2 times a day from last 5 days. Today I have not taken pain killer. But now I am feeling feverish. Should I have to continue pain killers for few days more? Is it normal feeling feverish after 5 days of surgery?
