Kidney Problems

Hello, for the longest time, my body naturally demands for about 6 litres of water a day. I'm highly active physically throughout the day and I workout quite intensely 5 days a week. My diet is also on the higher side. I'm 168 cms, weigh 64 kgs and am 23 years old. Is 6 litres of water adequate or too much?

Dear Doctor, I feel like some kind of vibration in my scortum for a second. It happen multiple times sometimes but there is no pain. I have a history of epididymis cyst in my left in 2014 and a minor is still there. What should I do now please guide

Hello Dr. I am 34 yrs old, of 80kg weight.I am facing some problems about foamy urine for last two months.my belly size become distended as it was in normal size one year ago.but thre is no swelling in legs or hands.and there is lots of sticky mucus in stool frequently.my BP is 122/76 and no diabetes.Also tested protein in urine but result shows negetive.I am so much worried about my health.please please give your valuable suggestions for effective treatment.

Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also from last 5 years onwords. When I am fell urinate and  push to urine and flow also low. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test, urine flow test , HBA1C, Blood test and ultrasound test. All reports are normal. I used medicine for UTI, Veltam S, tanic for kidney stones but problem not cleared. I am facing lot of problems when i am working. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Recently I had huge pain on my kidney.I admitted in the hospital and after getting instructions from Hospital doctor for diagnosis,I went for sonography. During Sonography, it has been found that in my Ureters there is a stone,which SIZE is 0.6 mm.I am totally out of control of mind because of scared. Dear specialist doctors (Sir),kindly suggest me 1.Should I go for direct surgery after consulting UROLOGY. 2.Medicine and  plenty of water is sufficient to breakdown the stone. 3.Or any other therepy.

Why do I have pain while urination. It does not burn as such but pains. My cbc n kft are normal. Is it due to gas problem

My recent blood test report my creatinine level is 1.39mg/dl, Uric Acid 6.8 mg/dl, haemoglobin 5.2gm% and RBC 5.1 mill/cmmm. I am hypertensive and having metoprolol 25mg once daily and telmisartan 20 mg twice daily. Age 38, height 6ft2in, weight 97kg. How can I lower my creatinine and uric acid level?
