Kidney Problems

Sir ,mujhe urinary problem hai.(urinary incontinence).urine flow drop drop karke hota hai ,halka pain bhi hota hai, please iska koi solution bataiye.

I am diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection. So I am suggested to take ORPENEM ER twice a day. I have high LDL Cholesterol also for which I am taking ROSLOY 10 mg and HOMOCHECK. Can I take all these medicines or should I leave any? Please guide.

I had gone through Stapler circumscision 47 days ago. The ring had completely fallen in first 3 weeks and I had regular consultation with doc till last week. He said, it's all recovering well. However, I still don't feel normal in stapler ring area and redness and very mild sensational pain exist there. Is it normal? Can it take 2-3months for full recovery in few cases?

I underwent open pyleoplasty in 2016 for hydronephrosis of PUJO . Recently i took Ultrasound, and CT Scan there it is mentioned dilation with ballonening of left renal pelvis noted apd 2.5 cm . But also mentioned that both kidneys fucntion normally and excretion also. No evidence of opaque stone in either kidneys also.  Is dilated pelvis before surgery remains same size after surgery

I am feeling Burning sensation while urination. I did my ultrasound please see the attached report. I am feeling everything is fine in the report but In Uriary Bladder side it is written as "Distended with urine" and I am not able to understand it. Please help
