I am having urine quickly, within 1 or 2 hours I get urine, also sometimes it takes time to urine to come out and it is not coming with proper force. can this be the problem?

Hello doctor, From last 3 days I am feeling like continuous urge to pee and only little urine comes out Most of the times. I need to force while urinating, It's not free like before. Also,  It's been paining/burning sensation continuously from 3 days. Please suggest a medicine or home remedy. Thanks.

I have a weak urine stream and dribling Here are the reports of test i gone through In uroflowmetry the max speed is 6.9 attaching rgu along . prostate size is normal in ultrasound . And the problem is like 3-4 year old . Is there any narrowing of urethera inside prostate in rgu ?
