Kidney Problems

Last night, notice blood in the form of dark red spots in portion of siemen.. Similar thing happened once in 2019.. That time, did PSA test with normal report..Thereafter repeated PSA in 2020 & 2021 with normal report.. In March 2022, did Siemen test with no RBC detected.. I thought 2019 issue got resolved.. But last night's matter made me anxious.. Please suggest what to do now.. I am 41 now.

Last Tuesday urine r/m was done the reports shows 6-7 hpf pus cells. The doctor prescribed alkastone b6 twice a day x10 days. Is there anything serious? I met with an accident 7-8 days before taking the test.

Initially i got anxiety and sleeplessness and loss of appetite after 4-5 days i experienced heavy dizziness.. and for about after 12 days i visited a physician and i went for certain tests prescribed by physician as CBC and urine tests..i was diagnosed with UTI and then for about 13 days i am taking antibiotics.. still i m experiencing anxiety and sleeplessness..i just want to know that these symptoms of anxiety, fear and sleeplessness are of UTI because i never experienced this earlier in my life.. if these are the symptoms of UTI will they disappear once UTI gets over or will they take time???

Is my result normal my appendicitis is small and I'm taking medication for it is everything else Normal in my result including kidney

My father has frequent urination and bit burning sensation. USG KUB shows prostate 27cc enlarge. Also, Urine AFB test reports show as Acid fast bacilli seen.  but patient  don't have any history of TB earlier. Could you let us know any further tests needed to confirm for urine AFB   positive/negative and the percentage of load,  whether  it is active or latent?

My ultrasound scan shows right kidney 9.8X4.2cm normal in size cortical echogenicity and cortico medullary differentiation no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis Left kidney 10.6X4.5cm normal in size cortical echogenicity and cortico medullary differentiation no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis Is cortical echogenicity is anything i should be concerned? Please let me know thank you

I have a right ureter stone for which I have been taking urimax , last month 12th Nov i have done kft , my creatinine was 0.9 and suddenly on 7th Dec i felt pain for which I was required to take painkiller injection i redone the kft , now creatinine is coming as 1.2 Is this normal or a cause of concern ? Have been taking ceftum 500 bd and urimax , water restricted to 1.5 ltr. Previous values 12 th Nov Creatinine 0.9 Urea 22.4 Current 10th Dec Creatinine 1.2 Urea 26.9

Cefibest 200 is antibiotic Or not. Can i use it with Urispas.. It's Urgent please respond...i need help
