Prostate is a gland that is supposed to get enlarged with age physiologically . But when that increment in size is proportionately larger than physiological level is called prostatomegaly. It is a benign condition .
Next Steps
You should be aware of symptoms such as hesitancy in flow of urine, difficulty in passing urine, passing of blood in urine that might happen following very large prostate gland causing obstruction in urine passage. Since it's just grade 1 prostatomegaly you can be assured that you won't have these symptoms soon.
Health Tips
Consult a urologist as soon as you come across these symptoms
