Kidney Problems

I am frequently getting the tendancy to urinate may be having harmonal imbalance which I am not sure abt. I am working in a customer support job role which requires consistent speaking to customers over the phone and convincing them to download the Practo app in their mobile phone. I suspect that I have developed kidney stones and if I am diagnosed that I have kidney stones, I have to get rid of them in order to have better efficiency at my job. Can I get a kidney function test done in Practo to find out whether I have developed kidney stones? If so, what is the cost associated with this procedure and how can I know more abt it? May I pls also know whether there can be reimbursement of the money that I pay for getting this test done as I am not having enough money with me to pay for the same? Urine infection found in urine culture and sensitivity test. Prostate enlargement found in ultrasound test.

Blood and urine routine reports are : Seram creatinine:0.81 mg /dL Blood urea nitrogen:9.52 mg/dL Urea serum : 20.87mg /dL Uric acid: 5.95 mg /dL Routine urine report: Pus cells : 3-4 hpf Epithelial cells :2-3 hpf Others like urine proteins ( albumin) ketones glucose are absent • is this report normal ?! Or I have any complications in kidneys nd in my childhood (age 11 ) I had phimosis surgery ... Do I need to worry or going for urine culture test to evaluate any infections ! I hve only slight  upper thigh pain in right leg .

As per Ultrasonic test, report says.  "Left Kidney is normal in size (measures 11.3 cm in length & 1.6 cm in parenchymal thickness), position, shape and echopattern. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis. Two cortical cysts are noted in the inter pole measuring 17.3 x 16.1 mm & 11.5 x 10.0 mm with thin internal septae.  Is it a serious problem? Will my 20mm kidney stone can be dissolve by neeri syrup and other natural remedies such as barley or lemon juices

My uncle 66yrs had gastritis and was recommended for a abdomen and prostate scan. I have attached the report. What does this mean? Is this something cured with lifestyle changes? Prominent extra renal pelvis noted in right kidney. Urinary bladder is distended. Lumen is free. Wall thickness is normal. Pre void-200cc Post void-80cc Prostate is enlarged in size and echo texture. It measures in vol-34cc. No free fluid is seen in the peritoneal cavity. Visualized aorta, IVC and para-aortic regions appear normal. IMPRESSION: - GRADE I FATTY LIVER. GRADE I PROSTATOMEGALY WITH SIGNIFICANT POST VOID RESIDUE.

My dad is diagnosed with grade 3 prostratomegaly based on abdomen ultrasound. His prostrate size is 90 cc and his age is 67. What is advised for the cure? Is it very serious?
