I am a diabetic patient. and my URINARY MICROALB CREATININE RATIO , TEST FOR MICROALBUMIN CONCENTRATION - 76.43,URINARY CREATININE CONCENTRATION - 19.31 and MICROALBUMIN : CREATININE RATIO-395.80 and i have used mucinac 600 tablet but no result. how to reduce this.

So i have this proteinuria. 1.does the amount of bubble or form formation when i pee is it directly proportional to the amount of protein in urine because sometimes there is less bubble formation and sometimes there are more bubble formation and even after i flush its still there? 2.how long will it take for me to properly recover from it? 3.is it life threatening?
