Urinary bladder infection by catheter ......puss is coming and in culture report nitrofurantion is sensitive pills are continuing .....But fever comes everyday please give me solution

I am a 50 year old female, I have been having urinary track infection frequently, with pain and burning when I pass urine, I had urine culture done, results showed e coli bacteria, took antibiotics for one week , but the pain & burning hasn't reduced.

I went for a random full body test and the reports show that SGPT LEVEL HAS INCREASED TO  152 and Cholesterol TOTAL HAS INCREASED TO 215. So please suggest what to do next. I have attached the report along with this. Please have a look.
