Kidney stone 8mm at VUJ left side
I am 28 years old. Is that serious to have 8mm stone at left VUJ to admit in hospital ASAP. Am urinating normally without any issues and no pain right now after it passes from ureter to VUJ. Please advise.

8mm stone is little too large to pass out with medicines. If there is no pain u can take medicines for a week to 10 days and recheck. If stone is persisting or you get recurrent pain its better to get URS done and fragment the stone.
