I am diagnosed with Uti with lumbar spasm. Last oct 16 I started to take ofloxocin for 7days. But the result was nothing. I still have uti and my lower back still in pain. My doctor prescribe a diff antibiotic its cefuroxime500mgvtwice a day. For 7days today is the last day. I feel better but there is still little pain on my lower back. I am so worried i dont know what is happening. PUS on my urine is kinda high like from 6-8 to 10-12 Can you tell me if the lower back pain that i am experiencin
