RBC 45 in urine and stones in kidney

I went for fever check up and had urine routine test. There we found RBC count 45 in urine test.hence had sonography also. In report, right kidney is having 2 stones of 17 and 7 mm ,left kidney is having 7mm stone. Please suggest if i neee laser surgery or what can be done. Pain in uniratery system post RGU

After RGU and MCU X-ray was done tetect Urethra stricture, bleeding from urethra started. Test was very painful. Bleeding is sgopped after 3-4 days, but I feel mild pain in uniratery system. I feel uncomfortable while sitting on chair. Please explain its remedy and future effects.
