Issue with prostate gland
Frequent urination during the day. During night it is 2-3 times. As per recently done ultrasonograpy Prostrate size is 5.50×5.32×5.28 CM. Vol - 80.88 CC. MEDIAN LOBE BULGE SEEN. CAPSULE IS INTACT. Impression: PROSTATOMEGALY. Patient's age is 73 and has diabetes however the same as per recent test is 123.t mg/dl (Fasting) and 160.6 mg/dl (Post prand). Based on the above report, would like to know if this can be cured through medicine or needs surgery. Thanks and regards Pradip Chakraborty

Medical management can be tried in this case However it is Less likely to be beneficial because of large median lobe I would like to advise you following investigation Cbc Creatinine Urine routine PSA
