I am 32 years man.Urine gets leaking with bad odor since 2 days ,Kindly suggest

Getting pain, feeling like gas problem and getting pain left abdominal ,feeling vomiting sensation

Hi Doctor, I feel regular secretion of urine droplets . It increases more often during sitting posture and dueing sneeze. Any suggestions ? Alao, does Shilajit helps in this case ?

Previous Diagnosis -Slightly High BP ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN REVEALS: LEFT RENAL CORTICAL CYSTS GRADE II FATTY CHANGES IN LIVER PROSTATOMEGALY LEFT KIDNEY is normal in size (9.4 x 5.3 cm), outline and echogenicity. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculus or hydronephrotic changes seen. Two well defined, thin lined, anechoic cystic lesions with posterior acoustic enhancement are noted at lower pole, larger one measures ~ 2.3 x 1.9 cm ; exophytic in location.
