Kidney Problems

My mother is 65 years old and diagnosed with ADPKD. Her HB level is around 10g. Her doctor advised to take WEPOX4000IU INJECTION (once in 10 days) to maintain erythropoietin. Is it is essential to take this injection ?

A small stone among of kidney and urinary general medicine doctor told it is coming down after some time it will fill down and now it has pain in Burning in the genital tract during urination what should i do ? what is your opinion?

Does Nitrofurantoin 100mg make the combined contraceptive pill ineffective? If so for how long?

My sgpt and sgot is greater than normal values so what i can d now for these problrm

DId random routine and the report came out fine however when we got culture report it showed bacteria. Everytime after anti bitotic course culture report shows normal but after few days again routine report is ok but urine culture report shows bacteria and that too random like ecoli p neumonia citrobacter koseri Ultrasound, DMSA,MCU tests were all normal and showed no abnormality of any sort.

Below is the report of my latest sonography(today): Left kidney shows changes of hydronephrosis with hydroureter and calculus measuring 0.8 x 0.4 Cm .S. is seen at the left pelvi-ureteric junction. 2 to 3 calculi are seen in the middle and inferior calyx of left Aidney, the largest one measures 0.5 ems. in the inferior calyx. Multiple calculi are seen in the right kidney, the largest one measures 0.4 CMS. in the middle calyx. Prominent fluid filled bowel loops are seen in the lower abdomen. My questions are as below: 1. Does that 0.8 x 0.4 will come out naturally or do i need to go through some surgery for it? 2. Stones in my middle and inferior calyx will come out? This complety normal people have stones at this location? 3. Do i need to go through surgery or operations or these will come out naturally if i drink lots of water? 4. What is hydrotherapy and how does it work? 5. Do i need to worry about anything?

I am a Nephro patient. Currently undergoing treatment of pulmonary Tuberclosis. I have medicines combutol 400,Rifampcin 300/450, Loxof 500,A-Zcapsule,Benedon, Nodosis 500 and mucinac 600.

Severe itching in urine parts from 15 days and I've taken Forecan 150 mg,Levofloxacin for 5 days.It did not stop itching,so I started with Linezolid 600 mg.Im taking this from 5 days should I continue or stop.

I have been ill last week with running nose, weakness , slight headaches, and massive fagtiue . Since Sunday I have improved and can function normally , yet today I passed blood after my urine which have been short weak bursts every once in a while, I do feel a weird sensation in my kidney area , but am unsure of what is wrong with me. I never really drink , I eat fruit everyday and do regular exercise so this is a very unusual symptom

I had a yeast infection diagnosed Saturday morning, and I took a pill for it. I now think it is coming back, my medicine came with a pill to take on the third day if necessary and I took that yesterday. I have the constant urge to urinate and it burns when I do so.
