Creatinine is 2.8 in serum during blood test, what measures are required to bring it down. Is it serious?

My brother had renal transplant recently before 4 months.. Now he has diarrhea and vomiting,hiccups , we consult the doctor..they treat him,and now these problems are solved...but creatinine level is 6 and urea is 135 ...I am so afraid to this..... And his wbc count levels are too low ..... He attacked by infection.... If treated to cure the infection mean creatinine level will reduce..??? Pls rply me

What are the post operation precautions for hernia. I have gone through open surgery for the right sude and laparoscopy for left side for the treatment of hernia with gap of only 18 days.

According to laat report i have 4.4 mm in right kidney ,ao my doctor told me that i dont need further treatment said that it will splash outwith urine.but now iam having urine problem continuously for 4 days. So what m i gonna do now?
