Severe pain in lower abdomen
Iam suffering from severe lower abdomen & pelvis pain since two days, burning while passing urine. Previously I suffered for nearly three years with this issue. For the past two years Iam fine but again it is troubling me alot

You may be suffering from the urinary tract infection.get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the culture and sensitivity test.
Meanwhile can start tab urispas 200 mg thrice daily for symptomatic relief.a common analgesic can also be added with advice of a physician in the locality.antibiotics as per test reports
