  4. Lump in my scrotum. Sum sort of cancer.

Lump in my scrotum
I have this unusual lump or ball in my scrotum, it's not actually connected to my testical but it's in the scrotum on my left side and it's about 1/8th the size of my testical. I'm basically just nervous it's sum sort of cancer.
