Sir my left kidney enlarged in size due to thinning of parenchymal.. is surgery necessary for that..???

Diagnosed with 7 mm stone in upper urator left side. What should i do? Do i need for operation. Its pinching from inside. My uric acid was 7.

Arthritis 24/7 and urinating every 2hrs morning thru night. Comes suddenly and I have to go right away. Sometimes I'll pee twice within minutes of each other. I'm 57 boarderling diabetic but fine on everything else.
