Kidney Problems

Hello doctor 5 days back am diagnosed with 3mm &4mm stones in kidney and 5mm stone in right ureter.and my creatinine1.5mg/dl.now I have no pain.my doctor check my creatinine again it shows again1.5mg/dl.my doctor put some medications like nefronac ; torsikind10 and k mac b6 active syrup for 10 days.after clearing stones my kidney recover fully and it works normal as like previous.there is any serious in this case.thank you sir.

Got a scan done. Found bas deferens swollen up. Frequent urination and pain in the abdomen region. Some burning sensation frequently if not released.

Light irritation in urinary tract while urination for 1 month. Urine culture and microscopy normal. Medicines taken Aldo, urispas and niftral. Little relief from before but not completely cured.

Pain lower abdomen which gradually reaches till my scrotum.i have done yesterday USG nd x-ray but nothing is detected all reports about my kidney liver spleen are normal.
