How to avoid getting kidney stones. suffering from it since past 1 year. getting it regularly

I am having provlems down below, it is very itchy, it hurts when i wee, i have spots around the area.

Regular use of Cap. Flodart plus ( Dutasteride 0.5 + Tamsulosin 0.4 ) is safe , give guidelines about use of this drug.

Dr. I am 59 year old male. I have been suffering from urinary problems since last few years. The problems I have been facing is frequent urination and pain at the bladder area. especially on right side. While coughing, sneezing also I get the pain. There is slight weakness in flow of urine. There is a lot of burning after passing the urine. Prostrate size is 35 cc. Once the bladder is full, I have to rush for urination. Some of the test result is as follows :- Urine routine- only PUS cells shows 1-2/hpf. All other are absent. Blood urea nitrogen- 9.9 mg/DL St creatine - 1.04  mg% eGFR- 77.7 ml/min/1.73 sqm.
