4.4 mm stone in left kidney and 6.2*5.6 cm (cc*tr) cortical cyst with internal separation in right kidney

My father is a diabetic and is taking treatment for the same, we consulted the doctor and now sugar reports are normal however routine urine reports showed high yeast cells levels which is 50, I am attaching reports for all the other report details. Kindly advise
