I have Smoked for 5/6 years, heavily smoking 40 cigarettes a day in the last 2 years. - Quit smoking completely in April 2023 for 2 months. - Started smoking occasionally (5 cigarettes) once a month. - Quit smoking completely again from January 2024 for 2 and a half months. - Took Tycovit, a multivitamin for lung detoxification, as prescribed by the doctor, for 3 months. - Also took Lycofn for 1 month. - Seeking to know if lungs are in good health and natural remedies to improve lung health. **Looking for some remedies **? - *Looking for advice on what to do if considering smoking again*

I have undergone 2 urine test within 24 hours But in one test it shows albumin(+ +)   and it's dip stick test and one test shows albumin negative which is attached which is seen through microscope so which one is accurate

Hello, I have been diagnosed with stage IV varicocele . Usually , I get a intense shooting pain in my left lower abdomen which goes till groin area and it's happens once in a while for few secs . Is it life threatening and what is the solution to this apart from surgery
