Kidney Problems

Hi I'm Shubham Kumar BPO employee. I have kidney stone in my left side. I need a leave approval for a month from the work for the medications and better medical treatment to get well by the time. So I need a doctor medical report for this problem and also the treatment procedure to get well within 3 to 4 weeks. In which doctor must write about the time period Of my treatment and it should be of 3 to 4 weeks. Can I get that medical report?

I got my USG SCROTUM doppler and have been diagnosed with Right sided epididymitis with reactive right hydrocele and changes of right sided funiculitits and a left sided grade 2 varicocele is seen.

I was having bladder pain problem since 1 month suddenly I did urine test ct scan nothing found then suddenly the pain was gone don't know why I have kidney stone 5.4mm in right kidney I took medication still no improvement then the pain was gone automatically then again since few days it started abit now yesterday I drink 1 beer it started paining again what's happening

When I sit to pee I pee frequently after a few secs gap. I have no irritation or pain. No fever, nothing. No random urge to pee again and again. But when I finally sit to pee I pee 3-4 times.
