Kidney Problems

I have been feeling this discomfort for the past couple of months. It is a kind of on off situation when I feel the urge to pee frequently. even after a few minutes. I also experience pain in lower abdomen. I also suffer from gastric issues and fullness and enlarged tummy is visible sometimes. I was diagnosed with fibroids in my uterus. I have been experienced sometimes burning sensation in the urinary area. Please suggest what to do. Thanks

Last year on May, i was diagnosed  with high creatinine level 1.4 in a routine check after eating chicken. I visited doctor and he recommended for few tastes like UACR, Creatinine, Urea, Uric Acid, USG etc. UACR 1.32/ 2.31(Normal range<30)( Two tastes in three months) Dipstick Albumin:NIL. USG: Right kidney 96 mm, Left Kidney 86 mm. No abnormalities found. Creatinine varies from 1.1 to 1.3 in various tastes. Urea 30. BUN: 12 . The doctor said nothing to worry. But I am still worried 😟. Please give some suggestion.

From today's evening I am feeling burning during urination and continuous urge to urinate. I had UTI 20-25 days ago. I had spicy food in the morning   , is there recurrent uti ??

I m having hesitancy in initiating micturition. It's takes 15 to 25 min sometime to initiate. I sometimes feel lower back pain .I am attaching my repeated routine microscopy and culture reports. Kindly suggest if I need any further investigation. Is calcium oxalate 3+ significant. I m currently taking medicines for major depressive disorder. Estilopram 20g, bupropion 150mg, clonazepam 0.25, propranolol 20 mg.

Dr 2 years back I had urine infection and due to that I had a swelling in the lymph nodes of my groin . So after taking antibiotics the infection was cleared but the lymph node in groin is still the same . It hasn't decreased in size and not even increased in size . It's just there since last two years . I don't have any pain and not even any problem. Sir I don't have any problem now but it's just there. Sir is there anything to do with it ? Or leave it as it is .

Hello, im suffering from male pattern baldness and im on finasteride 1 mg ,is it safe to take finasteride for a 23 year old?

Need some doubt regarding the report it shows protein positive 2+ and glucose positive 1+ is there something need to worry or any life style changes I have to follow

Creatine 1 Gfr 121 Urine test Pus 10-12 Albumin trace Us  kidney Kidney appers to be normal and no abnormal findings And found infection in bladder My question is 2 days back my creatine is .8 and why 1 now Albumin is different in test one shows negative one shows + + and one shows trace

I feel like bladderfull when i go to pee it comes in drops not much and feel like burning sensation and left side back pain so please suggest me

Please check and say my urine is foamy or not , if it's foamy what's the causes , I have done 2 urine test one say album is plus plus and one test say albumin is negative so please see the attachment
