I have frequent urination from last 1 month and thighs pain and feeling weakness what is the reason urine routine report is normal as well ultrasound is normal

Last few days Iam getting yellow colour urine,please suggest,what basis getting yellow colour and impact any diseases

Dear Doctor, I have kidney stone problem since long time before 03 month doctor found that small kidney stone about near by 5mm size in left ureter...The doctor gave me medicine for 15 days but the stone did not pass, since 03 days I only feel tolerable pain in left groin area...what should I do now is my stone will pass normally...is this normal or good sign...kindly suggest
