Kidney Problems

My father is on rapilif - D new 8/0.5  capsule Today I bought rapilif -D 8/0.5 ,which is a tablet Pharmacist gave it to me.. Is it okay for him to take?? Same composition..but it's tablet..

I'm feeling pain near urethra. It's throbbing pain and feeling urgency to urinate. But can pass urine freely. My CUE report shows 8-10 epithelial cells, but no yeast or bacteria in urine. Is this sign of infection or anything else?

Has got 12.9mm stone in upper ureter, 3cm from renal pelvis. And 3mm stone in lower calyx. The doctor has suggested for surgery, would like to know is there any alternate way to dissolve the stone.

Around 2,3 days , at night i feel very discomfort in urination like burning and the urge to pee frequently ,some micro particles are also present  I have done a urine culture test the next day , i have attached that report. Presently i am taking Norflox400 2 times a day. After taking medicine the 1st day is ok but the 2nd the same problem arises at night. Kindly help me for the further process.

3 months back I had traces of albumin protein in urine and now I am frequently urinating , is this a real concern for kidney issue or diabetes?

I felt intense pain in the kidney area this morning, as if there was pain in lower back . It was excruciating, as if my life was slipping away , i immediately went to the doctor and they gave me 4 injections . Then an ultrasound was done, and the report has come. I have attached it.. please have a look and tell me what should be done.. will i need surgery for the gall bladder, and what's the issue with the kidney ???

Yesterday I saw a dream and in that I peed it happened in real also my bed got wet and in real I peed in bed. This happened for the second time in 3 months. Kindly consult.

This week i got blood in my poop, and after i started observing it as generally we don't look at it but by chance on Monday i noticed it so i got blood on Tuesday and Wednesday as well. And had some kind of stomachache as well. But after Wednesday it's fine. I am not getting blood anymore. So, i just want to know if i should be worried and see a doc or it's okay.

I have lower abdominal pain in the right side. The pain is there when I move and comes and goes frequently. Also it varies day to day. But usually it is higher at night. It reduces after I urinate usually. I also have less pain in my left side lower abdomen. However, it's rare and happens once a week.

Hi my father in law is a hypertension patient, soon he was discovered in angiogram that there are two blockages in heart, now as he was having pain, doctors treated on emergency, which affected his kidneys, yesterday his creatinine levels were 2.5 now it is 3.5, I want to know, is this chronic disease or Acute infection due to medication which was given for his treatment since he was having pain in heart please guide we are quite tensed
