Kidney Problems

My UTI started since this morning and I have been drinking water. Still Im not feeling well and pain hasnt subsided yet. Especially when Im urinating. Is there any immediate remedy to stop the pain and constant urge to urinate?

I have no urine infection (tested), but feel burning sensation in bladder , urethra and sometimes  feels chills. I have taken cranpac -d for 10 day and citralka syrup for 5 days but no cure .please suggest...

Hello Dr, I had a full body blood test today and it included KFT too. My blood urea is 14 and BUN is 6.5 BUN/Cr ratio is 11.68 while Urea/Cr ratio is 25. ESR is also high 22. What does this mean? Is it normal?

There is any  medicine/tablet name which direclty attacks to stone either it was uric acid / calcium oxlate any stone 🪨 any medicine is there ?
