2months ago i was diagnosed with weak urinary bladder. Doctor prescribed Lcin(5x) and solitral(x2months). It was better in the first month. After 1months im getting back same symptoms. Now i also have pimple type in my scrotum also

I had mild burning while urinating before a week. They told uti .. i didnt take test..but I had medicines for that. I just want to know the reason for my UTI. Because many told diabetes is the main reason for that..my hba1c before 5 months is 5.5.. I went to delhi before 2 months and stayed for 45 days  .. there temperature is 5 to 13 degree.. after return to tamil nadu ( here 28 degree ) I had that mild burning and also heat balls in my back and my periods also came  5 days before due date..Is that UTI because of heat or may be I got pre diabetic? Please I am so worried.. please clarify me

I have been facing the problem for last 2 weeks whenever I pass the urine I feel the pain and need to push . Took urine culture , ct scan for kidney stone everything seems normal . But still pain is there on and off . What could be the reason ?

Dear Respected Dr, My wife gave birth to a baby in mid of December 2023, the baby is currently 2 months old. She started feeling pain in the back and upper stomach recently, we did USG and found that there are multiple stones in the gallbladder. We consulted Urology in pune, he suggested we try medicine for at least 15 days and let's see how much progress is there. She ate medicine just 2-3 days. Later 4th she got unbearable pain in back and upper part of stomach so we took to Laproscopic surgon for advice. He suggested that gallstones generally won't dissolve we need to do surgery only, he told we will wait if your body responnd well or need to do surgery. Issue is our baby is only 2 months old, he doesn't digest formula milk and start vomiting if we try some time. I need expert suggestions here, having few query 1. Is it possible to dissolve gallstones?? 2. If she goes for surgery, what will be the post effect of lactation? 3. Is it possible to extend surgery for next 4 months?

I have done my ultrasound and got following Right kidney stone of 4.2 Tiny papillary concentration in both kidney and Fatty liver grade 2 I have added ultrasound report, kindly tell what can be done, is there anything serous as I m feeling very lethargic from last  15 days with some stomach ache in ryt side .
