My father is 64 years old, he has inguinal hernia and enlarged prostate also, now I want to know can he operate hernia right now??  What urinary blockage problems can occur after hernia surgery?

Hello doctors, I face issues like Brain Fogg, swollen face, flu like symptoms after ejeculation. Symptoms get reduced to 30% if I take fexofenadine before 2 hours of ejeculation. Father has been diagnosed with UTI , with severe chills and doctor advised for ultrasonography and found out he has kidney stone in both the kidney calculus measuring 9 mm in the leftkidney and 6 mm in the left kidney. After couple of weeks doctor adivsed to go for CT scan and found the kidney stone size as 16*10mm in lower pole of right kidney and 19*14mm in left renal pelvis. He has Diabetes and undergone angioplasty. Do he needs to undergo surgery for kidney stone or tablets can reduce the calculus. Kindly suggest.

I was diagnosed with ecoli and took full course of amikacin according to my reports But i keep felling warm body sometimes still. Alao i had my test again and it again shows ecoli Its been more than a month i took med
