Kidney Problems

Hi, In March month I was diagnosed with uti and bacteria was klebsiella. After 1-2 weeks I again started to feel frequently urge to pee and then then in ultrasound it showed significant redual urine,pvrv: 50cc Then I started having urimax with antibiotic and I felt fine,but after 3-4 days of leaving antibiotic I again started feeling same . Then after few days I again go for urine test and pus cells were 20hpf and in culture there was nothing. I am very much worried

Taking Buxoric 40 for uric acid from last one month as per doctor advise. Just saw some swelling in feet though it's pain less. I didn't observe it due to no pain. My wife observed this

I am having issues of frequent urination. Have to sometimes push the urine out at the end and also the stream of the urine is weak and split. My PSA is 1.8. Is this normal? Urine culture and ultrasound reports came back normal.
