Hello I need to know regarding infertility Husband FSH level is at 29.07 Both testis are small in size Doctor suggested to go for IVF Is there any chance to reduce FSH naturally by diet change.. If IVF is the only option will Tesa or testicular biopsy are they able to retrieve sperms..Will it be present or not???
