Sometimes i have a problem passing urine, it's delayed or slow...RFT is normal but in urine reports there are albumin present...what does that mean, what should i do ?

In the urine test there is pus cells and epithelial cells present.In urine culture there is presence of EColi bacteria. Even after taking antibiotics ( both tablets and injection) there is relief only for 2 , 3 weeks. At present, there are 18-20 epithelial cells and 4-6 pus cells in the urine test. Doctor, why is it so ? What is the remedy?

I had uti infection aroud 2 months ago.. i had fosfomycin and amoxicillin , uripas as per the gynaecologist prescription. Frequent urination is reduced and symptoms reduced. In past two months sometimes i feel irritation in urine passage and bladder.irritation is not while urinating. Its happenings when im normal. Or when i emptied my bladd / dont drink water for sometimes.Later i did urine test and urine culture test due to that irritation. Culture test results says occasionally pus cell and no significant bacteria . Normal urine test bacteria should be 0-5 but i have 8 . i still have slight pain or irritation in passage. Not while urgenti g Just after i emptied my bladder or i didnt drink water for sometime. Do i need to worry.
