Kidney Problems

Hi, I m advised to avoid nephrotoxic drugs after radical nephrectomy. I had a tingling sensation in leg which is suspected as vitamin B12 deficiency. Before i use neurobion, can a dr pls confirm if it is not nephrotoxic. Thanks un advance.

Hi sir 8month ago i am suffering low grade five and triedness and pain left scrotum and some time pain lower abdomen and a swollen lymph nodes visible in left side neck now i did hiv report that is negative and u.s.g that was some infarction ( cystitis and funiculitis in left side )so sir that is possible ??? Swollen lymph node is cause of infection ??

I have fatty liver and my Urea creatinine and thyroid are in border line. My problem is acidity and digestion. Beside that two most critical problems are constipation and urine. I have to go to urine very often. Sometimes less than a hour I have to go to urine. At morning I have to face constipation & when I go somewhere in morning, I need to go toilet. Stool is discolored and smells bad.
