Kidney Problems

I have diabetes since i was in class 11. During my graduation both my kidney get damage and I undergone kidney transplant from my father. it's been 3 years since transplant and all my reports are under normal. I daily take medicine and monitor my sugar level. I wanted to get married. My partner wants to know can i have healthy marriage life. Will there be any complications after marriage? What is the life expectancy of my kidney transplant? Any necessary information related to marriage?

I was treated for chronic prostatitis along with e coli UTI a few months ago, but very little symptoms are still there, like frequent urination if I drink a lot of water. From a few days I'm noticing Bubbles in urine. The bubbles are more in morning, and sometimes in evening also. They go when I drink a lot of water. I went through creatinine test, ultrasound KUBP, urine routine and culture three months ago. They were normal. What should be the cause?

I am a male. Earlier creatinine level was 10 mg% but the new report says that the creatinine level is 12 mg%. Also the blood urea is 300 mg% and T.L.C level is 16,600 /cumm. E.S.R level (1st hour {west}) is 20 mm/hr. Serum cholesterol is 257 mg% and VLDL is 52 mg%.
